Casa da Boa Vista is located in Lugar de Viadal, Municipality of Vale de Cambra and District of Aveiro.



Viadal is a village located on one of the slopes of Serra da Freita, with around 80 inhabitants, approximately 15 km away from the center of the municipality, which is Vale de Cambra. It is a place with a magnificent view over the Cambra valley towards the sea, so it is approximately 650 meters away. altitude above sea level. It is also located very close to places of high tourist interest, ecological and environmental reserves and of enormous cultural and gastronomic importance.



The property, which is more than 130 years old, was completely rebuilt and expanded, preserving the use of original materials in the construction of the original house, especially stone.



It has two bedrooms upstairs, with a bathroom and a balcony. On the garden level we have the living room with fireplace, an entrance hall, a bathroom and the kitchen. Outside the house there is a garden with planted fruit trees, measuring around 450 square meters, a swimming pool and at one end an annex was built, used as a storage room, a car garage and a barbecue area.
